Gross Stands in Opposition to President Biden's Executive Order

With the recent announcement of President Biden’s Executive Order requiring all Federal employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as mandating all private businesses with 100 employees or more to receive the COVID-19 vaccine or submit to weekly testing State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester) is standing in opposition to this freedom restricting mandate.

Gross is the sponsor of HB 248, the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act. Gross has heard concerns from Ohioans on the recent vaccine mandate from President Biden and has signed onto a letter urging the Ohio Attorney General’s office to file a lawsuit and injunction to halt this Executive Order.

“The decision to receive any vaccine should be a personal choice,” said Gross. “We cannot allow the Biden Administration to strip Ohioans of their freedoms and civil liberties. Now more than ever the Ohio House of Representatives needs to act on HB 248.”
