Butler County Economic Development Project Awarded Grant Funding

COLUMBUS – NorthPoint Development and the City of Fairfield recently announced plans to develop the Fairfield Trade Center, which will directly support manufacturing, automotive, logistics, distribution, and e-commerce, announced State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester).

The project will be partially supported by a $1 million JobsOhio OSIP Grant. The funding will be used to develop approximately 77 acres of previously unusable land into Class A industrial space.

“This funding will directly create jobs and attract workers to Butler County and the surrounding areas,” said Gross.

This project is supported in partnership with JobsOhio and REDI Cincinnati.
