COLUMBUS – State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) Wednesday held a press conference on House Bill 984. This newly introduced legislation, spearheaded by Pizzulli and State Representative Darnell Brewer (D-Cleveland), aims to improve Ohio’s foster care system by ensuring county children services agencies are financially stable and children in placement receive appropriate care. 

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today signed Executive Order 2026-03D, which gives the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) the authority to create a statewide certification program for recovery housing operators, announced State Representative Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County). Today’s announcement reflects a statewide commitment to increase the capacity of substance use treatment across the state and reduce the stigma associated with seeking treatment.
