Pavliga Statement on H2Ohio Funding for Portage County

State Rep. Gail Pavliga (R-Portage County) has released the following statement on $115,000 coming to Portage County through the H2Ohio Program to fix failing home sewage treatment systems:

“I happily supported millions of dollars for the H2Ohio Program in last year’s state budget that was approved at the Statehouse,” Pavliga said. “Now, we are seeing Portage County reap the benefits as this funding will be used to make necessary replacements and repairs to failing sewage treatment systems within the area.

“This will aid residents of low- and middle-income households that are in need of these vital improvements. I want to ensure that we can help families fix this issue so they can have the proper sewage infrastructure and sanitary systems that they deserve here in our communities.”
