COLUMBUS —State Reps. Christine Cockley (D-Columbus) and Jodi Salvo (R-Bolivar) Tuesday introduced bipartisan legislation to expand Ohio's wine discount laws. Under current law, retail liquor permit holders can offer a 10% discount on purchases of six to 12 bottles of alcoholic wine.
