Rep. Lorenz Supports Bill to Designate Women's History Month in Ohio

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives Wednesday passed legislation to designate Women’s History Month in Ohio, announced State Representative Brian Lorenz (R-Powell).
Already recognized at the federal level, House Bill 244 will officially codify March as Women’s History Month in Ohio, ensuring it becomes a permanent, legally recognized observance throughout the state.
Women’s History Month is an annual observance to recognize the contributions of women throughout history and in current society.
House Bill 244 now moves to the Ohio Senate for further consideration.
