Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare Awarded Funds

COLUMBUS – State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) is pleased to announce the Ohio State Controlling Board granted over $28,000 for site lighting and security improvements to Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare located in Sagamore Hills Township, Ohio.

Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare is a state-owned and operated in-patient psychiatric hospital. This funding will help to improve patient and staff safety while discouraging crime and improving the ability for security to detect and respond to threats. 

“Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare is a wonderful facility located right here in Summit County and I am delighted to see this funding coming to the facility to make certain the utmost safety of both staff and patients is a priority,” said Roemer.
