Liston (D-Dublin) today released the following statement following the calculated move Wednesday by extremist Republicans to wait till the end of the 12-hour House session, in the middle of the night when the public wasn’t paying attention, to introduce an amendment and force a floor vote on Senate Bill (SB) 104, the Anti-Trans Bathroom Ban:

COLUMBUS - State Rep. Liston (D-Dublin) today announced the passage of House Bill (HB) 2, the state's biennial state capital budget, in both the Ohio House of Representatives & Senate. 

COLUMBUS - State Rep. Beth Liston (D-Dublin) today announced House Bill (HB) 236 was voted out of the House Health Provider Services Committee. This bill ensures that all patients can have a chosen advocate when they are in a hospital or congregate care setting.
