COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp (R-Lima) recently appointed State Rep. Andrea White (R-Kettering) as Vice Chair of the Government Oversight Committee during the 134th General Assembly.
“Committees are an instrumental part of the legislative process,” said White. “I look forward to playing a key role in improving how government works for the people and finding solutions to the challenging issues facing our health and safety, our jobs and our families.”
White will also serve on the following standing committees:
- Criminal Justice
- Civil Justice
- Health
“The Ohio House is a talented group of members with extensive experience, knowledge and a passion for public service,” said Cupp. “I look forward to a robust committee process that results in good public policy for Ohio.”
