State Representatives Phil Plummer (R-Dayton), Andrea White (R-Kettering), and Tom Young (R-Washington Twp.), today announced that the Ohio Controlling Board approved the release of $4.3 million through the Ohio Department of Public Safety to assist the City of Dayton and Montgomery County for costs associated with hosting the NATO Parliamentary Session scheduled for May 21st through May 26th, 2025.

This funding will be used for security along with state and local protective measures associated with hosting this large-scale event. “The NATO conference is an extraordinary event for us,” said Representative Young. “The eyes of the world will be watching!”
