COLUMBUS— State Representative Brian Lorenz (R-Powell) has introduced legislation to make Ohio roadways safer for drivers by increasing penalties for motorist involved in multiple crashes.

The $400,000 will be used to remediate a former convenience store on Dublin Road. The former business was once used as a gas station requiring cleanup of all underground storage tanks and environmental risks. The site will be developed into a coffee shop and charcuterie board prep kitchen, creating six new jobs and retaining eight positions.

COLUMBUS- The House Criminal Justice Committee today began hearings on House Bill 531, known as Braden’s Law, announced bill sponsors State Representatives Beth Lear (R-Galena) and Brian Lorenz (R-Powell). Braden’s Law would make sextortion a crime in Ohio.
