Cupp Issues Statement on Ohio House Budget Passage

COLUMBUS – Ohio Speaker of the House Bob Cupp (R-Lima) today issued the following statement on the Ohio House’s passage of House Bill 110, the two-year state operating budget.

“The budget passed today by the Ohio House of Representatives is a balanced and responsible plan that invests in our schools, our economy and important services for Ohio’s seniors and our most vulnerable citizens, while protecting tax dollars and helping Ohioans keep more of what they earn. This is a good bill that is the result of extensive work by the Ohio House. This budget plan will make a positive difference. I look forward to working with the Ohio Senate and the Governor as the budget process continues.”
