Cupp Issues Statement on House Passage of Energy Legislation

COLUMBUS – Ohio Speaker of the House of Representatives Bob Cupp (R-Lima) today issued the below statement on the Ohio House’s passage of energy legislation, House Bill 128. 

“This thoughtful, balanced legislation is the result of extensive deliberations over the last several months and allows Ohio to move forward. With this legislation, ratepayers will see savings over $1 billion, while we continue supporting jobs, our economy and carbon-free energy generation in Ohio.”
