Michael Stinziano is Harrison College Commencement Speaker

GROVE CITY, Ohio --- State Rep. Michael Stinziano, D-Columbus, will be the featured speaker at Harrison College’s spring commencement on Sunday, April 14, at the Grand Oaks Event and Business Center here at 3 p.m.

Stinziano Bio

Michael is in his second two-year term in the Ohio House of Representatives, serving the residents and businesses of Bexley, Franklinton, German Village, Grandview Heights, The Hilltop, Italian Village, Merion Village, Olde Towne East, Schumacher Place, The University Community and Victorian Village.

A lawyer in private practice, Michael serves as the Ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee and also serves on the House Insurance and House Public Utilities Committees.

Michael is a former director of the Franklin County Board of Elections and served on the legal staff of former Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner. He holds a law degree from Ohio State University, a master’s degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.

Michael and his wife, Caroline, live in Columbus.
