Rep. Liston to host Youth Mental Health First Aid Workshop

State Rep. Liston (D-Dublin) along with Mindful Minds will host a Youth Mental Health First Aid Workshop on Saturday, January 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in Dublin, Ohio and on Saturday, February 1, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Northwest Library in Columbus.

The workshop is designed to help school personnel, parents, caregivers and others identify and reduce stigma of common mental health or addiction challenges, review typical adolescent development, and teach a five-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
