COLUMBUS—State Rep. Beth Liston(D-Dublin) today called for the resignation of Republican Speaker of the House Larry Householder (R-Glenford) following federal charges that he engaged in a $60 million bribery, racketeering scheme. This is the second FBI investigation into House GOP leadership in three years.
“In the midst of a global pandemic and growing economic crisis, we need and deserve leaders we can trust who are fighting for the people of the state. Larry Householder should resign immediately, and we must repeal HB 6,” said Rep. Liston.
