COLUMBUS – State Representatives Sara Carruthers (R-Hamilton) and Janine Boyd (D-Cleveland Heights) today introduced House Bill 409, or the Patient Protection Bill. The legislation will require hospitals and long-term care facilities to establish patient or resident protection advisory boards.

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives today passed Substitute House Bill 3, if signed into law would be known as Aisha’s Law,  which helps protect victims of domestic violence that are in extreme risk and lethal situations.
