Rep. Forhan Thanks Jury Following Householder Guilty Verdict

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elliot Forhan (D-South Euclid) released the following statement today following the conviction of former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder: 

“The Ohio Republican Party runs the most corrupt state politics in the country. Ohioans deserve better. Thanks to the members of the jury and to the staff at the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio for doing their jobs in connection with this case,” said Rep. Forhan.

Ohio House Democrats plan to reintroduce the Ohio Anti-Corruption Act which would require dark money groups to identify their contributors and disclose their spending.
