Rep. Forhan Recognizes Rep. Bob Young's Resignation

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elliot Forhan (D-South Euclid) today issued the following statement after State Rep. Bob Young (R- Green) submitted his letter of resignation to Speaker of the House, Jason Stephens: 

“I respect Rep. Bob Young’s family and their privacy during this difficult time. But this is the right result,” said Rep. Forhan. “I was the first to call for Rep. Young’s expulsion because Ohioans deserve better in their state government.”

Rep. Bob Young noted in his resignation that it will take effect October 2.
