COLUMBUS - Recently, the second round of Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program grants were released by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor John Husted. State Representative Scott Oelslager (R-North Canton) announced that Stark County is once again included. The county is set to receive $1,298,584 for the Weber Dental Remediation and Demolition project.

COLUMBUS - For over a decade now, Ohio has been in search of a solution to the deadly drug use that has run rampant since the early 2000s. While offices across state government have implemented different solutions, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office is taking a proactive approach in regard to Ohio’s young students. The office recently announced $2.66 million in grant funding for local law enforcement agencies to provide drug use prevention programming to schools during the 2022-23 academic year.
