Representative Paul Zeltwanger is currently serving his fourth term as state representative. He represents the 54th Ohio House District, which encompasses portions of Warren County including Deerfield Township, Lebanon and Mason, as well as part of Butler County.
Rep. Zeltwanger received his B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Grace College and earned his MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He has over 30 years of experience in the private sector, including 15 years with Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. For the last 15 years, Rep. Zeltwanger has owned his own real estate development company, Joshua One, which specializes in creating livable communities within the urban core. His past experience in the private sector has given him significant familiarity with economic development and job creation.
The representative and his wife, Teresa, have been married 30 years and have four children: two sons and two daughters and one son-in-law. The family lives in Mason where they attend Crossroads Community Church.
