This week, State Rep. Michele Lepore-Hagan (D-Youngstown) announced the State Controlling Board approved $100 million in federal funds for the state’s Rent Assistance Program to aid Ohioans impacted by the pandemic with financial assistance to pay rent, rent arrears, utilities and home energy costs, and utility and home energy costs arrears.

COLUMBUS- State Rep. Michele Lepore-Hagan (D-Youngstown) announced today that she has tested positive for COVID-19. Although asymptomatic, Rep. Lepore-Hagan decided to be tested last week after being in close proximity to a number of Republican Ohio House members who showed symptoms and refused to wear masks or observe social distancing protocols.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Michele Lepore-Hagan (D-Youngstown) today announced the introduction of the $2.1 billion capital appropriations budget for fiscal years 2021-2022 as an amendment during the Senate Bill (SB) 310 conference committee. The capital appropriations budget includes $186.5 million for community projects, a number of which that will benefit Mahoning County including:
