COLUMBUS – State Rep. Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) today announced the unanimous passage of House Bill 451 and House Bill 738, both highway naming memorial dedications, by the Ohio House of Representatives.

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Cecil Thomas (D-Cincinnati) and Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) announced today the unanimous passage of House Bill 452, which would designate October 1 as 761st Tank Battalion Day in Ohio, by the House Veterans and Military Development Committee.

COLUMBUS -  State Rep. Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) today announced the passage of Senate Bill 450, the state's biennial capital appropriations budget. The bill allocates nearly $4B for the maintenance, renovation, and construction of state-owned infrastructure, including colleges, universities, school districts, and other community projects.

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) Wednesday announced the unanimous passage of Senate Bill (SB) 18 by the Ohio House of Representatives, which would designate February 14th as Cardiovascular Awareness Day in Ohio.

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Lauren McNally (D-Youngstown) and Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) today introduced a new piece of legislation focused on using state dollars to support veterans. House Bill (HB) 721 will establish the Veterans Organization Grant Program. Through the Department of Development, local veterans’ organizations can use these grants to either celebrate veterans or help provide veterans with necessities. Additionally, this grant program can provide additional funds to existing county programs that provide funds to military and veterans organizations for Memorial Day expenses.
