State Rep. Jena Powell’s (R-Arcanum) Save Women’s Sports Act was approved by the Ohio House on Wednesday. The legislation would prohibit biological males from competing in female-only sports within the state. Powell spoke to the legislation’s passage on the House Floor.

The License Recognition Act, House Bill 203, sponsored by State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), passed the House State & Local Government Committee this past Wednesday.

COLUMBUS - On Tuesday, March 1, House Bill 181 received its third hearing in the House Commerce and Labor Committee. The legislation requires licensing boards to recognize applicants who complete registered apprenticeships.
