COLUMBUS – State Rep. Dontavius Jarrells (D-Columbus) announced today that the State Controlling Board approved over $55 million to the Department of Development to support housing assistance programs throughout Ohio. 

COLUMBUS- State Reps. Dontavius Jarrells (D-Columbus), Adam Miller (D-Columbus) and Latyna Humphrey (D-Columbus) issued a statement after 20-year-old Donovan Lewis was fatally shot early Tuesday by a Columbus police officer attempting to serve an arrest warrant. Body camera footage showed the man was unarmed and in bed.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Dontavius Jarrells (D-Columbus) announced today that the State Controlling Board approved over $146 million to the Department of Development to continue administering the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) as well as provide economic relief through rental assistance.
