Dontavius Jarells (D-Columbus) today issued statements regarding the removal of Columbus Police Chief Thomas Quinlan on Thursday at the recommendation of Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther, following two recent police-involved shooting deaths of Black men in Columbus.
