COLUMBUS – State Representative Al Cutrona (R-Canfield) co-sponsored House Bill 197, which passed the House unanimously earlier today. The legislation authorizes an income tax credit for an employer’s expenses to train a commercial vehicle operator to address Ohio’s truck driver shortage. 

COLUMBUS – A new state program has just been developed which will help those interested obtain Commercial Drivers Licenses.

COLUMBUS – House Bill 243, sponsored by State Representative Al Cutrona (R-Canfield), passed the House on Thursday. The bill preemptively establishes that no political subdivisions can contribute to a confusing patchwork of knife regulations for Ohioans.
