COLUMBUS – State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) is pleased to announce that the Ohio House of Representatives today voted to concur on Senate amendments to House Bill 229, legislation to establish licensing requirements and improve transparency for pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).

State Representatives Gary Click (R-Vickery) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) today announced that the Ohio House unanimously passed House Bill 646 – legislation establishing the Ohio Data Center Study Commission.

COLUMBUS – State Representatives Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) recently introduced the Healthier Rural Hospitals Act. This legislation will establish a two-year program under which hospitals in small counties will receive increased Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) reimbursement payments. 

State Representative Kellie Deeter is urging county officials to pause and reconsider the acceptance and use of state infrastructure funding tied to proposed development near the airport in New Russia Township, following significant concerns raised by residents in the surrounding area.
